Congratulations to the Farragut HS J/V baseball team for winning the end of the year tournament last night. They had a great season, a 6-0 run in the playoffs with the final win coming over Hardin Valley Academy last night 13-8 at Bearden High School. Highlight of the night were 3 dingers over the wall including a towering grand slam by Jake Grooms. Other home runs were from Dalton Webb and Zach Yunger. Farragut jumped on HVA early by scoring 10 runs in the first 2 innings, then held off the Hawks as they attempted to come back. Pitching performances by starter Collin Grove and a strong close by Jake Grooms.
