Admirals survive and advance by downing Maryville 3-1!
Nick Senzel went 2-3 as Farragut took home a 3-1 victory over Maryville in seven innings at Farragut on Tuesday.
Nick singled in the first inning and doubled in the sixth inning, but the Admirals never surrendered the lead after the third inning, scoring three runs on an error and a two-run single by Anthony El Chibani.
Maryville’s lineup had no answer for Jammer … Strickland. Maryville managed just two hits off of Strickland, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out three during his six innings of work. Kyle Serrano came to the mound in the 7th and retired the side. Maryville managed to score one run in the second inning on an error.
The Admirals will Play Catholic tomorrow at 5PM and with a W will play @ 7:30!
