Farragut posted it’s 3rd 9-2 W in a row!
Farragut took down Upper Arlington, Ohio 9-2 on Thursday at Oak Ridge after scoring five runs in the fifth inning.
Farragut Admirals Varsity was led by Nick Senzel‘s hitting. Senzel went 3-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the fifth and sixth innings.
Upper Arlington, Ohio couldn’t get anything going as long as Austin Stapleton was on the mound. Upper Arlington, Ohio managed just one hit off of the Admirals pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out five during his 2 2/3 innings of work.
Chase Chambers got it done on the rubber on the way to a win. He allowed one run over three innings. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered three hits.
Admirals went up for good in the first, scoring three runs on an RBI double by Brett Hagenow and a two-run single by Chambers. On the night, the Ads chalked up 12 hits!
