Scoreboard operators were busy at Catholic on Wednesday as Farragut Admirals Varsity and Catholic combined for 21 runs. Farragut Admirals Varsity eventually won the offensive battle 13-8 in seven innings.

The teams combined for 17 hits, including five extra base hits.

Farragut Admirals Varsity’s Chase Chambers showed his talents on both sides of the diamond with a strong game on the mound and at the plate.

Chambers racked up four RBIs on three hits for Farragut Admirals Varsity. He homered in the sixth inning and singled in the first and seventh innings.

Chambers struck out eight, paving the way for a Farragut Admirals Varsity win. Chambers allowed no earned runs on three hits and four walks over three innings.

Jammer Strickland went 3 for 4 and closed out Catholic from the mound in bottom of the 7th.

David Logan added a Dinger and had 2 RBIs.

Duncan Pence in his Freshman Debut was 2 for 4 with an RBI and run scored.

After the Ads thaw out, they will travel to Nashville for 2 games this weekend at BGA!!
