Sullivan South didn’t get on track Friday, as Farragut won in blowout fashion, 8-0 in seven innings at University of Tennessee.
Farragut scored four runs in the sixth on an RBI double by Jammer Strickland, an RBI single by David Logan, and a fielder’s choice.
Nick Senzel got on base two times in the game for Farragut Admirals Varsity. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the third inning.
Farragut Admirals Varsity’s Shane Mosiello kept Sullivan South off the scoreboard for all seven innings he was on the hill. He pitched a shutout, allowing no opposing players to cross the plate on three hits while ringing up two.
